- 3 meals a day only
- 1/3 of plate must be free food, this can be from ANY plan
- 2/3 of plate to be superfree food
- 2 healthy extra a's
- 2 healthy extra b's
- 5-15 syns a day but where there is a difference in values, count the higher one
- only snack freely on superfree food
