success express rules
- 3 meals a day only
- 1/3 of plate must be free food, this can be from ANY plan
- 2/3 of plate to be superfree food
- 2 healthy extra a's
- 2 healthy extra b's
- 5-15 syns a day but where there is a difference in values, count the higher one
- only snack freely on superfree food
well i am on day 4 of the shred, my weight at last weigh in was 11.7 1/2 and i decided the only way to shift this last couple of stone is to exercise and hammer the diet. im doing the success express plan...i will post a seperate blog for the rules on that one!
so my measurements are as follows
day 1
- waist-33 inches
- navel-41 inches
- upper hip-42 inches
- lower hip-43 inches
- bust-40 inches
- arm-13.5 inches
- thigh-25 inches
- calf-15 inches
day 4
- waist-33 inches- no change
- navel- 39 inches- 2 inch loss
- upper hip- 40.5 inches- 1.5 inch loss
- lower hip- 41.5 inches- 1.5 inch loss
- bust- 38.5 inches-1.5 inch loss
- arm- 13 inches - 0.5 inch loss
- thigh- 24 inches- 1 inch loss
- calf- 15 inches- no change
i am very happy with the results so far!! i will be measuring in again at day 7
